If you are hit with a melee attack before the action of your next turn, the target is burned. On your next turn, spend an action to make a melee attack on a creature, dealing 3d8 + MOVE flying damage on a hit.
At Higher Levels: The damage dice roll for this move changes to 5d6 at level 5, 4d12 at level 10, and 8d8 at level 17.
