You let out a charming cry, dealing emotional damage to any creature in range that can hear you. This move automatically hits for 1d4 + MOVE fairy damage unless a creature is in the invulnerable stages of Fly, Dig, Bounce, etc.
At Higher Levels: The damage dice roll for this move changes to 2d4 at level 5, 1d12 at level 10, and 4d4 at level 17.
Optional Rules:
Instead of automatically hitting, targets make a CHA save against your MOVE DC. On failure, they take full damage and have disadvantage on their next attack. On success, they take half damage.
