You release a series of moving flames that dance around a target. Make a ranged attack roll, doing 1d8 + MOVE fire damage on a hit. as the flames swirl around it. As long as you maintain concentration, the target takes an additional 1d8 fire damage at the end of each of its next three turns.

At Higher Levels: The damage dice rolls for this move changes to 2d6 at level 5, 4d4 at level 10, and 3d10 at level 17.
