Each creature in a 30 ft radius, centered on a point within range, must make a DEX saving throw against your Move DC, taking 3d6 + MOVE ice damage on a failed save, or half as much on a successful one. Targets that fail the save by 5 or more become frozen.

At Higher Levels: The damage dice roll for this move changes to 3d8 at level 5, 6d6 at level 10, and 7d8 at level 17.
